will include the respective profile. Dating searches
will include only your dating profile and friendship
search results will include only your friendship
profile. However you cannot search your own profile. |

profiles to ensure you have set it to 'Always
Show'. ActiveAttractions.com allows you to turn
your profile off and on anytime at your discretion.
Could your profile status be 'Pending'. If you
have just joined or made any changes to your profile,
it may not be visible to other Members until it
has been reviewed by our customer care team, which
can take up to 72 hours.
Check to see if your profile status is 'Rejected'.
You profile may contain contents not publishable
on the site hence profile could have been rejected
by the Customer Care team at ActiveAttractions.com.

if I do not want people to view my profile? |

can turn off the visibility of your profile to 'Always
hide'. This way other members will not be able to

are 2 types of albums in each area of Friendship
and Dating:
- Private Album
- Public Album
Private Album: This album is invitations only i.e.
only the members allowed by you can view this album.
Public Album: Anyone visiting the site can view

many photos can I upload? |

You
can upload upto 10 photos in each album within each
area of Dating or Friendship |

How
do I give someone access to my Private album? |

To
allow someone to access your private album you need
to send him/her a email message and check the option
to allow them. |

How
do I get access to someone's Private album? |
|
| |
You
can send an offline message or an instant message
on the messenger to the member requesting him/ her
to allow you to access their private album. |

I'm
trying to submit my picture, but it's not working.
Why?
|

There
might be a couple of different reasons. Here are
the most frequent causes:
- Your picture is too large. Please ensure your
picture is under 1 MB (megabyte) in size. Anything
over will automatically be rejected. The picture
is using a format we do not support.
- We support .jpg, .gif, .bmp and .tif files.
We are unable to process pictures in other formats.
- The picture file itself is corrupt. Try loading
the picture on your own machine, just to be
sure there's nothing wrong with the file itself.

long does it take for my photo to appear? |

Many
photos are uploaded within 24 hours. Keep in mind
that it may take up to 72 hours for your photo to
appear due to the volume that our customer support
team needs to process on a given business day. |

are the recommended specifications for pictures? |
|
| |
- The file size of the picture must be under
500 KB (kilo -byte) in size.
- The format of the picture must be in .jpg
,.gif, .bmp or .tif
- Picture will be automatically resized to fit
accordingly.

1000 pixels.

is deleted after 30 days even if read or unread. |

after 30 days, due to which the message might be

received abusive e-mail. What can I do? |

can report abuse by sending the message to the

link to report the abuse. Administrator will read
the reported message and can ban the member from

if some member has blocked you then you cannot see

can I delete members from my messenger's favorite
list? |

Simply
rollover your mouse on 'Manage Contacts' button
on messenger's main window and then click on 'Delete
Favorite'. A new window will open with your favorite
list. Check members who you want deleted from
the list and click the button 'Delete Favorite'.

can I block a member from seeing me online? |

Simply
click the 'Block Member' icon on messenger's main
window.A new window of 'Block Members' will open.
You can block members either by their username
or by selecting members from allowed members list
and clicking 'Allow member' button. Blocked members

'Block List'. |

can I change conversation options? |

the conversation window, simply rollover your mouse
on the required option to be selected and click
on it. It will immediately change the text options,
however these options can be seen changed only after
sending the message. Smiley's can also be selected
and by clicking on send, smiley's can be sent to

do I search? |

There
are five kinds of searches offered by Active Attractions.
Who's Online Search
To find the members online with whom you can chat
using Active Attractions messenger, use Who's Online
Search. Region Search
In the Region search, you can search profiles by
zip code, city or country. If zip code is entered
and not matched, then search will be done on the
basis of city if not matched then search will be
done on the basis of the country selected. Nickname
Search
If you want to search a specific nickname in dating
or friendship, use the nickname search. Enter the
nick name in the textfield. If matched, profile
of that user will be shown to you. Advance
Search
To search the profile on the basis of a number of
criterias use advance search. Select choices on
the basis of which you want to search profiles,
if matched profiles will be shown to you. Local
search
If you want to search dates or friends living in
the same location as you are, use the local search.
If matched profiles will be shown to you. Saved
Search
You can also save your search by clicking the 'Saved
Search'. Give a name to that search and when you
login again to Active Attractions, can use that
search. |
